Disability Discrimination Act / Equality Act Access Audits

The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) provided protection from disability related discrimination, this was re-enforced by the Equality Act in 2010.  The reasons for carrying out an Access Audit are to help meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and improve disabled access and egress.
